  • Valerie Napier-Gramm. Valerie Gramm has owned and shown horses her entire life. Raised in Roselle, Illinois and owning anywhere from 7 to 40 horses of her own. She started out learning to Ride from her Father Earl Napier and then went on to ride with Laura Clarkson as a young child showing hunter/jumpers. But her true passion is and always has been Paint horses.  Valerie has shown APHA/PtHA horses since the age of 4. She started training horses as a teenager and has had multiple championships to her credit. She ran Hobson Road Stables in Naperville, Illinois for several years. Hobson Road was a 44 stall facility that was a primarily western/english pleasure show barn with a large show team. After taking a few years off to start a family she downsized to a "backyard barn" in Saint Charles, Illinois. During that time she stayed very active in the Equine world as President of the Pinto Horse of Illinois association. She is currently still very active with the club and provides support to them any way she can. She was voted "Horse Person of the Year" in 2007 by her peers at Illinois Pinto. Valerie is no stranger to running large boarding barns but still remembers what it is like to be a boarder and what is expected from her clients. Valerie had the pleasure to purchase Dry Creek Stable in Hampshire, Illinois along with a few select investors that believed in her on April 1, 2008.
Outside trainers are welcome with proof of insurance and ring fee of $10 payable be the rider.
